The heart of Yoin is concrete innovation that makes a difference. Here, we work in several different areas to stimulate and bring sustainable innovation to market. We enable smart mobility flows and engage in smart construction industry and connected communities by working with sensors that promote safe, sustainable, and liveable urban environments. They also work on a regional level and in projects within Inera where they support by streamlining IT infrastructure and administration for county councils and municipalities.
Yoin currently does not have a policy for active environmental work within the company, but they prioritise recycling at the office and make purchases with potential environmental impact in mind. They have a policy to have offices near public transportation, such as buses, trains, and trams so that employees can avoid driving to the office.
At Yoin, they actively work on personal development where all employees are given individually tailored opportunities for development in their roles and within the company. For example, it can be buying courses, accounts, or tools that can create better conditions for development. They also work to ensure that those who want to try different parts of the innovation and product development process or be more customer and business oriented are given these opportunities.
